Terms of Service
By commissioning me (the artist) you agree that:
♥ The artwork will not be altered in any way, shape, or form unless given explicit consent by the artist (ie. removal of the signature).
♥ The artwork can be posted online by the artist at their own volition unless the customer has initially specified for it not to be (with my watermark).
♥ The artwork can be used in portfolios by the artist at their own volition.
♥ Commercial use is prohibited unless added onto the commission.
♥ Redistribution of the artwork is strictly prohibited (ie. using the artwork in the sale of a character/adopt, sale/use of the artwork in NFTs, etc).
♥ The artwork will not be used in or be made into NFTs or cryptocurrencies of any kind for any reason.
♥ The commission payment is non-refundable unless the artist is unable to complete the artwork, in which the artist will request your PayPal email for a refund.
♥ The artwork is not to be reposted without credit to the original artist. Art theft will not be tolerated.
♥ The artwork will not be used in anything related to AI or used to create images made with AI.
Other things to consider:
♥ Depending on how busy I am, completion of a commission may take up to 1-2 months.
♥ Please DM me through Twitter when requesting a commission. I will use Twitter as my primary source of communication for commission work. Friends and mutuals are welcome to private message me anywhere!
♥ I will only be accepting payment through PayPal! I will request an email so that I can send you an invoice. Commission work will not begin until that invoice is paid.
♥ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason.

Usage (Personal / Commercial):
Regular commission prices listed are for personal use only. If you would like to commission me for commercial purposes, you MUST inform me or choose the commercial option in the order form. Badges/Emote commissions prices are already listed for commercial use, and the multipliers below will not apply. Refer to price multipliers below.

Personal usage includes:
♥ Profile picture, phone/desktop background, personal viewing/display
♥ You may print the artwork for only your own usage, and not for sale.
♥ Commissioned artworks may be re-uploaded or re-posted with proper credit
Commercial fees apply in the following ways:
♥ 1.5x price: social media (for branding, promotional purposes), Twitch/Youtube usage, game assets
♥ 2x price: merchandise where art is not the main focus, such as book covers, concept art, game assets, etc.
♥ 3x price: merchandise where art is the main focus, such as stickers, charms, t-shirt, postcards, prints, etc.
The owner of commercial use licenses have the rights to use the commission as merchandise to sell, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes as long as they don't involve modifying the product or negatively impacting the artist. Reselling or minting artworks as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.

Badges: $10 per
Emotes: $20 per emote or a bundle of 6+ emotes for $15 per
YCH Bust Up: $45
Skeb Chibi Sketch: $35
♥ Reminder for skeb comms, there is no communication between the artist and commissioner. Everything is left to the artist's decision.
